View inside how they did not align the inside, and you can see their logo was the crest of the luggage man. It is 100% authentic. The exterior is in amazing condition with a slight aging in leather that has light darkening in some parts, that's including the handles. The handles are sturdy, the inside is super clean, and the bag is in very good condition. My puppy charm is not included, but I can't leave her out of anything so:). You can use her as a regular bag. She's perfect for everyday use. If you find her too big, then use her as a Carryon or mini traveling bag. The bag is spacious. I was able to fit a queen-size comforter in her.
