@db_nyc This is stamped from Gucci with “925”. It is sterling silver. This is how we are advertising it. This is a truthful and accurate representation. I don’t know what kind of test you are proposing. Posh sales are final unless the item is inaccurately represented.

@gavriel_us Wipe it with bleach on a cotton swab. if it's silver it will tarnish, and the the tarnish will wipe right off with a polishing cloth. Another way is to place a piece of hard boiled egg yolk on it for a few minutes, again it will tarnish real silver but not other metals. Or buy the test kits with chemical reagents.

@gavriel_us I bought one from another seller, this exact pendant and chain, also stamped .925, it ended up being stainless steel.
EXCELLENT copy, but a copy. I'm looking to buy a real one and Gucci is currently sold out.
The same thing happened to me with the matching snake ring, and a Gucci Ghost skull pendant. All really well made dupes except that they're not silver. Or made by Gucci

As for Poshmark reviews, with all due respect unfortunately they don't mean much. Poshmark ONLY shows "love notes", the 5 star reviews. We'll never see a seller's 4,3,2, and 1 star reviews, which may greatly outnumber their good ones.
But again, as for authenticity I do trust your closet, and the fact that they verify purchases over $500

@db_nyc glad to know and I understand what you mean about Posh hiding bad reviews. I have only ever gotten two and neither were my fault- truly. I appealed both to Posh and was told that their Stars were factored into my average but the comments would be hidden. I actually wanted to comments made public because I thought they were so absurd that it would absolve me of the two bag reviews. All others are five Stars.
