Guatemalan Textile Woven Christmas Table Runner

Vintage Cotton Table Runner: With wonderful detail, this pure cotton table runner was hand woven in Guatemala on a lap loom. It was then hand embroidered with Christmas motifs (poinsettia, candlesticks and a reindeer) using a method similar to Swedish weaving. Measures: 8 1/2" in width by 78" in length, and is free of stains or snags, though in small places the ends of the embroidery floss are visible. Spectacular on a Christmas table, it could also be suspended from a dowel on a wall.
