@sandteix hi there. They are 28cm exactly, measured from the bottom of the shoe. My husband is usually size 9, but since Groundies shoes run a bit big, he downsized to 8. The shoe has a wide toe box and size 8 was snug on him but comfortably wearable. Hope this helps.
