This dress by Hutch is made of a gorgeous jewel tone floral fabric. It has a great shine to it and some retro vibes. The size is 8p, but I altered this dress to bring in the sides and close a little of the plunge neck. I would say the size is more like a 6 after those changes. It is a really fun piece for weddings or parties! The price reflects the alterations. Waist is slightly less than 15inches
