It has been redone from its original style - see close-up, make sure you're ok with that before you buy - you can also restyle it the way you want. I never cut her hair - it was originally that short and was done up in a high ponytail. The Groovy Girls line of plush dolls were on sale from 1998-2019. They were made by Manhattan Toys. All the dolls were made of high quality materials, not like dolls today. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: These items are already clean, but in case you want to launder them in the future, GG dolls, their clothing, and their plush accessories can be hand-washed or even gently machine-washed (on Delicate cycle, dry on rack please no tumble dry), so they look good for generations to come.
