This was a custom made outfit with exquisite details . Bought and never got around to wearing. Vest would probally fit any size and skirt waist has elastic that would fit 26-32 comfortably. Longest slength od skirt before fringe is 26" , then a 10" fringe. Hips width is 20" flat.
