souncool I'm a size 12 and it was a little snug when I tried it on so I would say it's a true size 10.

souncool @jamhasclothes The waist is the only true measurement that I can get. Waist is 32". The bust is 23" across the front at the widest part (measuring the fabric and soft molded bra cups the best I could) and 19" across the back. I measured the hips at 9" below the waist and it was 46". It does have a flowing skirt so it's got plenty of room in the hips. Hope these help!
