Grey State Size 0 Spa White Women’s Coverup Dress

I cannot find this exact dress but it is grey state brand through Anthropologie. It appears to be spa white, with the shape of a cover up. The color is true white with light blue stitching and a v-neckline. Pictured show this item in very good preowned condition, with a small yellow (maybe sunscreen?) stain that is not noticeable at all.
