Grey Buddha SEE NO EVIL statue

Stone look grey ceramic laughing Buddha statue in the See No Evil pose. It is about 4” at the base and about 4.5” tall There is a spot on the back of his head that has some paint transfer on him, he was leaning against a wall in my kitchen right after the wall was painted and I think it dried with him leaning against it. It is probably possible to get it off but I don’t want to to mess it up. I included a photo of the spot in the photos. Item weight is 5 ounces
