Hi there - I am so so sorry for the delay! These notifications are overwhelming and most of them are not exactly ones you need to respond to, so this got lost in the shuffle. :(
I am not sure what you mean, but I think you mean the stitching you see that is about 3 inches from the bottom of the dress and also the sleeve. It's a design feature - the stitching is visible in both spots all the way around. A very pretty dress - again, never worn. :)
