Green velvet dress with gold chain straps

Green velvet dress with gold chain straps. Has a jewel embellishment in the middle, one gem is missing. Marked a size small in women's but does run big, could fit a medium easily. Please refer to measurements to make sure it fits the way you'd like. Brand is Katia. No material tag but it is a little stretchy. Flaw: gem is missing in the middle and there is a small hole on the back. (last photo) also some white deodorant stains on the inside. Measures 18 inches at the bust (36 inches in total), waist is 14.5 inches (29 inches). Hips are 21 inches (42 inches) and it is 34 inches long.
