Green plaid skater skirt.

I got this skirt from a friend and unfortunately I do not know the brand because the tag is messed up. I wear a medium in skirts and this one fits a bit bigger around my waist and is also decently long (almost to my knees). The tag says it’s a size 13. I’ll provide measurements if needed :)
