Green paint splatter Vintage 70s clutch

Vintage green tie dye splatter paint clutch with brass snap closure. Navy blue interior. Notice the tag! This purse likely predates the 80s. Not sure on the exact era, but it looks hand died and gives me 70s vibes! 5 inches wide, just shy of 9 inches across.
