Green fit to flair dress

This dress is fit at the top and, at the waist, expands to a circle skirt type of bottom. It's flattering and the color is amazing. Only worn once. The original dress came with a belt, which I disliked so I didn't keep that bit. There are small unnoticeable belt loop on the sides, you could wear a thin belt if desired and it will stay put. Also, for reference, I'm 5'2" and about 125 lbs and it fits great. This dress still shows up full price on the website where I bought it.
