@nested hi there! The band would be fine as I am 33-34 and it fits. I am small chested (b) and it’s big on me, but unsure how it would fit you. Th fabric itself is not stretchy.

@nested the length from the rhinestone in the front (directly under the chest) measures 17 inches to the bottom hem. The back is longer.
