Green black mini skirt ASTR

Neon green/black mini skirt from Nordstrom by ASTR. Has two black zipper towards top for a cool edgy look. Can be worn zipped open or shut like normal. It doesn't fit me or id try it on but it's a normal length mini. Not too short or long. Super cute with a leather jacket. Fully lined. Hidden Zipper in back to get in and out. Size small but Runs a bit snug. I'd say fits more of a 25. I love this and wish it fit :(
