This dress is brand new/never worn. It did not come with tags or a specific brand. Was purchased from Berluu. Very cute but a little too long for me so I am selling. I am 5’-4” and didn’t want to wear this with heels, which I would need to keep it off floor. Fully drawstring adjustable waist. It’s an acetate material and I tested it - yes, the wrinkles do steam out! Length from shoulder seam to bottom hem is 57”
