This ring is Sterling silver is a size 8 which is too big for me. In the center is a rare green amethyst stone in the center surrounded by multiple diamond chips. I am not sure about the diamonds bc one of my family friends gave it to me for my brith day a few years ago which is why the listing price is listed the way it is.
