Green Vintage High Neck Tank Top Blouse

This piece is super unique; its got no tags, so I think it may have been handmade. If I had to guess, it looks like its from the 60s or 70s. The fabric is a very soft faux velvety material. It's got an orange lining around the top of the inside. Its got a really mod, boxy look. I wear a size medium, and I really love the way it fits. I can provide measurements if needed.
