Green Velvet and Silk Skirt and Jacket

She's turned it inside out, so that the matte color of the back contrasts with the satiny glow of the front, and each pleat is separated by an opening at the bottom so that the skirt kind of dances as the wearer walks. The price tag is still on it, but i had it recently cleaned because I've had it so long, so it's still in the bags. A silk ribbon joins the two openings in the front. I love it. Can you tell?
