Green Vanity Halter Top

Green glitter Vanity top that is padded and has a bit of a stretchy upper back f or a better fit. I had some of the material taken at the back seam in so the tag with the brand and size is missing. I would say it fits around a size XS/S now (please check the measurements though). From underarm to underarm it measures 12" lying flat (plus the back edge being able to stretch) and the waist measures 11.5" lying flat.
