hello how high are the heels and do they fit true to size?

@she_rise74 Hello, I am at work right now. I think the heel is 4 in high, and based on my experience, they are size 8 but fit 7 1/2 . The main reason I couldn't wear them is because I am experiencing pain in my toes, and I can only wear low heels.I can measure them when I finish work tonight at 8pm.
