Green Signed Art Glass Perfume Bottle # 23002

This is a green, hand blown and signed, art glass perfume bottle. The base is signed as shown and dated 93. It has a clear, teardrop shaped, stopper that fits decently, but not tightly and it has no perfume residue or scent. The bottle measures 3 1/8 by 2.00 inches across the bottom and is about 2.00 inches tall. It is not quite 3.75 inches to the top of the stopper. I do not know who made it or signed it.
