Green & Navy Long Sleeved Cotton Knit Dress

This adorable dress from the late 1980s by Andrea Jovine is 95% cotton 5% spandex, so is stretchy and ultra comfy! It has removable shoulder pads (velcro), so you can wear the retro pads or simply remove them; the dress looks great either way.
