nararas @evangeline37 hi I just recovered my account! apologies for the super late response. the waist is 14.5 . It's hard to measure the bust since it is A-line dress. It says %98 polyester and %2 elastan. The overlay is like tulle. I got it from abroad and only wore once. I'm moving so dropped it to $40 if you are still interested.
