Has a tie at the waist -- the dress can be worn with the tie facing forward or back. Works great with boots or booties. Form-accommodating with lots of stretch, plus the adjustable waist, so I wore this dress when I was a 2XL / XXL or 14/16, down to a Medium (which is what the tag says). Waist: - 28" when the waist tie is pulled to its tightest close - 44" when the waist tie is completely open / at its widest (but not stretched) Length: 39.5 inches (midi length) (For reference, I am 5'6" and this dress hits right at the top of my knees.)
