mariemadelineco @kheather507 It’s more of a lime green in my opinion. I think it would absolutely work for a 12 year old if you are able to have it hemmed. The dress is labeled a 0 but might fit even closer to a 00. It is my sister’s dress so if you have any more questions, then I would be happy to ask her ☺️
