Green Hoodie Dress

It is a regular green dress, and in the front it does have a horizontal string that is supposed to cross your chest area. In the back, it has like the hoodie part that hangs to show off your back area more. It also has long sleeves. It might be hard to see in the pictures, but the green material on the dress sparkles.
