Green Goddess Dressy Tunic

So many great details on this Tunic, it's hard to mention them all. Panels drape in a handkerchief manner. Buttons have Rhinestone centers to add some bling. Appliqués on the collar and on each side of the waistline add touches of romance. The back has appliqué detailing. Semi sheer material is in a lovely green.
