Green Fit and Flare Dress with Keyhole Opening

Emerald green F21 fit and flare dress; comes a bit above knee length on me (I am 5'5"). This is one of the most flattering dresses I've ever worn! The seams make it fall perfectly on the body. Adorable cut-out on the back (pictured). So cute with tights at work or with booties on the weekend. No flaws.
