Dramatic deep green eyelet and embroidered blouse with scalloped edges and floral cut-out design. Features a scalloped v-neck and covered buttons. No evidence of a maker’s tag. It’s beautifully sewn, very chic and can be worn as a lightweight jacket or as a blouse with a camisole. The fabric appears to be cotton and should be washed in cold water (test for colorfastness first).
