You are bidding on a green emerald floral crackled glass plate. The leaves and the petals on the flowers are a bit raised, kind of like a 3D effect on the plate. There is some bubbling on the petals which might be how it was made. No cracks or chips that I could see. It is signed on the back but I cannot make out the signature. This plate measures 1”Hx10”D
