Green Eggs and Ham and The Eye Book by Dr Seuss

Green Eggs and Ham book has tear in front shown there is no writing inside of it no Pages or torn The Eye Book has a similar tare on the front crease the back has staining shown on video and pictures ... May be able to come out not positive...and one more thing I noticed was the pink tint to the pages ends
