This fabulous green beauty came from a boutique shop & was sadly never worn! 3XL on the tag. My guess is the lined cups would work on C and up. Lots of stretch in the waist elastic. See pic. This dress is so cool you can tie/let out the inner ties for 3 different looks. Measures 39" long when cinched.16.5" across the center of the waist elastic.
