💍Green Bracelet With Ornate Decoration and Snaps

I can't find any makers mark on this bracelet. It looks like it's never been worn. It's not marked, but I believe this is PU or faux leather. The snaps work. I can't be sure, but it doesn't look like any of the stones or decorations are missing.
