Green Blouse Decorative Neckline Size Large

This blouse has great detail around the neckline. It has strings to tie at the back (the strings have a couple of tiny holes from the washing machine. Not noticeable unless you look closely). Not sure of the brand, it has faded from the tag. I think this fits more like a medium.
