It’s a very popular style that I’ve seen sold by several higher end brands, however this seems to be an off brand or possibly a boutique brand but the brand tag is not present. This is not lined. The tie belt is not held up by belt loops so it can be removed or worn according your preference! Beautiful dress transitioning into spring throughout summer!
