A green smocked drop waist midi dress from Anthropologie by Hutch in size XS. This runs large, fit like a small so I sized down. See pics for the waist unstretched. The smocked top half is stretchy. It’s made of 100% cotton. It has a rounded drop waist cut in the front and a back zipper. It has a lining. It measures about 48” in length. Very gently worn once. A perfect summer dress.
