I bought this from an online boutique and it’s super cute just not on me! Never wore it out and couldn’t return it. Doesn’t have a material tag but it’s a poly blend…tag says Medium and it’s an accurate fit - probably 6-8. Cute for summer with black sandals! There's a similar one at Nordstrom by Elan - this is a dupe but very cute...just not on me unfortunately!
