Great professional or fun dress!

Fitted but professional dress from Banana Republic! Great quality fabric, fit & stretch. Perfect length but hugs the right places, with a cap sleeve and a scoop next with a zippered back. Colors are great with mainly navy/white stripes but little pop of royal blue and Kelly green.
