Great looking fringed vest

This is an awesome looking vest with long black fringes by Westbound. I wore mine with a black turtleneck and leggings or Jeans and it is dressy enough to make you feel great! It is primarily black and tan or light brown . Make me an offer or bundle with other items in my closet to save!
