Great bright Vintage blouse

This could probably double as a blouse or light jacket. There are two buttons (see pictures) in the front that hold it together if you want to close it, or leave it unbottoned over a camisole. She is in great vintage condition, shoulder pads and all, and is ready for the party! Happy to answer any questions!
