Great Hostess Gift Vintage Lead Crystal Snack Serving Bowl - USSR?

Lead crystal decorative snack or serving bowl. Etched and cut with a beautiful, unique pattern. Scalloped top. I think this may be from the USSR, but the label is removed so I can’t verify. Great vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Approx 5 1/2" across and 3 3/4" tall. Very solid- thick walls.
