Great Blouse for Work or Casual Meal!

A flowy blouse that actually has an underneath panel that attaches and to support the overlay and then ties at the side. Sleeves have elastic bands where you can pull them up further if you wish. This is from TALBOTS a go to brand for me, always has basics for work or personal events. It is a 3X, true to size and is 100% Viscose. With all of my blouses that are washable like this, I wash and hang dry to keep the fabric nice. Can steam a little as the fabric feels a little bit like crepe but much more durable. I wore this with a white tank underneath which made it pop, could also use a navy. This is barely worn and in very good shape.
