Grayson was a sub-brand of Frank and Eileen that sadly is no more. This dress. It is so soft. I think the fabric is “cotton lawn”- lightly textured silky cotton, in a soft pink. It is amazing for breastfeeding/pumping (buttons are functional!). It’s just a dream! Tagged a 2 which translates to a medium!
