Gray plaid lined pants

Thrifted plaid lined pants! Kind of a brownish gray. I thrifted and washed them (and accidentally shrank them in the process, oops). They were originally a women’s 0 short. I’d say they fit like a children’s medium but the inseam is about 25”. I have a 28” waist and couldn’t get them zipped up or hooked, recommended for waist 25”. The legs are really tight on me. Unsure of the brand. The care tag indicates they might be from gap or banana republic. Can take measurements if you need them! Thrifted so idk about the previous owners, but currently from a smoke and perfume free home.
