Gray metallic strapless Betsy & Adam party dress

This dress is great but it’s bling needs some help. It is a gray metallic color. Bottom looks like it wraps, cinched in middle with a feather rhinestone piece that needs help. One of the rhinestones is coming off and needs to be glued. While the pics make it look like it has straps, it does not. Very well lined. Made in USA. Small stain (see last pics) noticed when taking these shots.
