Gray floral tunic/minidress

beautiful flowing tunic. great condition. gray with peach, pink and green floral pattern. back is cutout. full length sleeves with elastic at cuffs. v neck. 23" pit to pit. 34" length. 19" waist. size tag indicates 4, but that size doesn't make sense as ladies or plus based on measurements. please use written measurements for size.
