Gray & black striped tunic top/dress

NWOT Unfortunately this top has no tags, brand, or size 😕 It's really cute though and very stretchy! Material must be mostly rayon or spandex mixed with either polyester or cotton. Light gray and black stripes on top with wide straps & separating the bottom half is an elastic band around waist. The dress form is about a size 6 I believe so this will either be worn as a mini dress or tunic top. No flaws. Never worn.
